AEZ Grant MACI Voting Round 7

In this round of the AEZ Quadratic Grant, MACI quadratic voting is an additional way to vote and influence the distribution of the grant funding pool partially (20,000 USDC). Over 1 million ATOM stakers across 180 validators are now invited to join as MACI voters.
